In loving memory of Linda Gisby who sadly passed away on 12th July 2023, aged 74 years.
Linda was born in Epsom, Surrey on 20th January 1949 to Len and May Edwards. Linda was born five years after her brother Derek.
Linda married Brian on the 9th March 1968, after nearly two years of marriage they had their first son David and were blessed with their second son Martin nearly two years later. As a family, they spent many, many happy times together especially caravanning in the UK. Together they took up bowls which they thoroughly enjoyed especially making new friends along the way and with Linda becoming a committee member and the club Treasurer. After the very sad passing of Brian, Linda continued cake designing and baking, a member of the local WI and had a rich interest in all things creative such a knitting and sewing.
Linda enjoyed life to the full and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her and met her.
The family would like to request instead of flowers that donations are made to the Ellenor Hospice in memory of Linda. These can be made either on-line on this page or by cheque made payable to the charity c/o Lewis Solomon Funeral Service.
