Michael Douglas Houghton (1 Feb 1929 - 11 Jul 2023)

So very saddened.Fourteen years working both for and with MDH. The Boss yes yet he treated me as his Friend. Numerous happy times at "Blue Mesa" with Mike and Sheila not forgetting "Peppermint Twist" on the Medway. If it is that I've achieved anything in my life then that in no small measure is thanks to MDH.
To you,Simon and Tim,please accept my deepest sympathy. My memory of your Father goes back
nearly 60 years and it was without doubt a very fortunate day when I joined Develco.

Mike & Sheila were such a lovely couple. They were really supportive when Wendy & I joined Bulbury Woods. They are often in my thoughts. God Bless

Charlie and I were saddened to hear of Mikes passing as much as that of Sheila. To both Mike and Sheila, your interest and thoughtfulness for Charlie remains with me and I am thankful he was able to meet such kind people.
