In loving memory of Adam Peter Birch who sadly passed away on Tuesday 20th June 2023, aged 46 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and everyone who knew him.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 26th July 2023 in the East Chapel at Medway Crematorium at 3:00 pm.
