The death occurred suddenly at home of Mr. Tadeusz Ryszard Pakula affectionately known as 'Ted'
aged 78 years of Co-op Lane, Pembroke Dock.
Tadeusz will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 28th June
11:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Pembroke Dock.
There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu if desired for Mass Offerings for Ted
