In loving memory of Nancy Fatmata Hughes who sadly passed away on 2nd June 2023

It is with great sadness we have to say goodbye to Nancy, my beloved wife and soulmate.
The pain of losing you is so much for us to bear. You fought so bravely this past year with your battle against leukaemia and we had every Faith that you would be cured by the transplant. But it wasn’t God’s will and He decided to take you home. Our hearts are broken.
You were an angel that walked this earth who brought love and happiness to everyone you met and I have been privileged to have you in my life as my wife and mother to our children.
Rest in perfect peace now my love, free from all pain and suffering. Be happy now in Heaven.
You will always be in my heart and in my mind until we meet again ❤️

Dear Nancy,
Thank you for welcoming us to the neighborhood. I remember the first time we met. I always looked forward to our gardening chats or after the kids go to school. You were always known as the bundle of energy, someone who has never surrendered to situations, who has never given up in her life.... Today, we have lost a woman of good deeds who is now with God... Though we cannot see you or meet you but you will always say alive and smiling in our memories and hearts... May your soul rest in peace

Nancy, you were not just a very good friend but a great and loving sister, loved by everyone, you always cared for everyone, you had a big heart and a great smile, always trying to make everyone happy, it’s still very much painful to accept you are no longer with us, it’s with a very heavy heart and sadness that I’m writing this. Nancy you were not just a wonderful friend and sister, but also a great mother to Jainaba and Aaron and a wonderful wife to Neil, you fought so hard and I had hope you will win this battle but god knows best…he knows you were an angel, a peaceful soul, we can’t question him, he took you from us so he can take away your pain and suffering…you are gone but you will never be forgotten, your memories live forever, I pray Allah grant your beautiful soul Jannah. You are in heaven in a better place, you will be missed…rest in peace my sister ❤️

My deepest condolences to the family.
