My brother Mark Payne, Brenda's nephew gives his condolences. Mark visited Brenda at The Old Rectory Care Home in September 2022.

I knew my Aunt Brenda Cooper, as a gentle, lovely lady who was kind, quirky, and fond of animals, and who took an endearing interest in my young daughter, keeping and displaying every photo I sent. I wish I had visited her more. I last saw Brenda at Easter when a member of the "entertainment team" of her care home made her a wonderful funny Easter Bonnet. Despite of her lack of mobility she was remarkably cheerful. I shall miss her and send condolences to her family.
