Douglas 'Dougie' Mark - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing, at home, of a much loved husband, Dad, Grandad (known as “Grand”), & Great-Grandad at the age of 89. He leaves behind Jean, Julie & Dave, Joy & Reg, Gemma & Kane, Chloe, & Mila, his great-grand-daughter, who he adored. Also brother to the late Peggy; his brother Tony, survives him. The funeral will take place at West Suffolk Crematorium, St Edmunds Chapel on Wednesday 28th June at 12noon. Family flowers only please, but donations in his memory are welcome in respect of St Elizabeth’s Hospice & Macmillan Cancer Support (for Macmillan Nurses) can be made via the just giving links or sent care of Andrew Bingham Independent Funeral Service, The Nutshell, Milton Road South, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1EZ.
