In loving memory of Gary Freeguard who sadly passed away on 1st June 2023.
Gary was only 56 years old and died suddenly of a heart attack on 1st June 2023. This is a shock and mine and Abigails world has fallen apart.
He was a do it all man, no job too big, he fixed anything. His world started ans ended with Abigail our only daughter, a proper Daddy's girl. Her life won't be the same again.
Even our 7 cats are.missing him.
I miss him making fun of me ans how I talk, and my awful cooking. I miss making plans of what we were going to do for him 60th, or how we were going to decorate the house. It's all gone in a flash.
We loved him.so much even if we didn't always show it.
Gary had a hard time.the last few years, losing his Mum and brother didn't help him and broke his heart 💔. He struggled with his mental health but he was coming through all that. We were all so positive about the future.
My lasting memories are him.acting the fool, his love for us and I just wish he had an easier life.
Rest jn peace Gary, I'll do my best with Abigail so she does you proud. Xxx

Gary was a much loved colleague and friend so sad for your loss rachael will miss Gary all I remember is it was areal laugh working with Gary we were regular teamed up together lots of love from Ben philpot

Uncle Gary, or should I say my mate. I'm so sorry I couldn't be there to say farewell in person, but you know how much you meant to me. I had idolized you since I was a small child, you were this fashionable perfectly groomed, mini loving man that I thought the world of and needed in my life not just as an uncle but as a friend, and as I got older, we our nights out for a beer or two started, we had our fun times, you, dad and I, few tears along the way too. Sensitive souls!. We had much in common and were so alike at times, you truly inspired me. There are moments that shall never be forgotten. You and Rachel getting together was a time when I saw you shine, you found your one and I couldn't of been more pleased for you, then Abigail coming along, the icing on the cake. I've missed you all these last few years not being able to get over to see you., but Gary you will always be missed wherever you are. Always and forever x
