Suddenly passed away on May 21st at her home with her family.
Dearly loved wife of Len,
Loving mother of Dai, Anthony (Togo), Tracy and Donna,
loved mother in law of Claire, Sandra, Cath and Geoff,
much loved nannie of Hannah, Evie, Lily, Emillie,
Sophie, Poppy, Megan and Ruby,
also a loved sister, sister in law and aunt.
Funeral Wednesday 14th June 12.45pm service at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Townhill followed by cremation at Swansea Crematorium 2pm.
Please wear something blue or colourful in memory of Diane.
