Im trying to find a way to describe just how much you mean to me,
Though we wish people could live forever that’s just not how it’s meant to be
Knowing this time was coming doesn’t make it any easier
With every passing day this grief just feels ever deeper
It’s a sad realisation to know you won’t be coming back
But when I think of our memories a smile begins to crack
My dearest nana, you will be forever missed
Your passing has hit us all like a tonne of bricks
I will always remember the way you called me your baby
And the way you always said you loved us unconditionally
Though not related by blood, you said we were chosen family
From the bottom of my heart, know that this is true,
That I love you so very much
And thank you for being the only nana I ever knew xxx

Tina, you were, and still are, a very special person to so many people. My heart broke in a million pieces the day you fell asleep for the last time. You were always there for everyone, you had the biggest heart of anyone I know. You will live for ever through Michelle and Kys, and of course your beautiful grandchildren. You will also live on in my heart and memories forevermore. I was so lucky and feel totally blessed that you were my very dear friend. Sleep tight my lovely ❤️😘 xxxx
