Suddenly on May 22nd aged 75 years, John ‘Jack’. The beloved husband of the late Beatty, treasured grandad of Karl, Chloe, Casey, T. Jay, Demi, Josh, Kaitlyn, Lucy-Jo and Reece, cherished great grandad of Leon, Patrick, Samuel, Jonas and Hunter-Lee, dear uncle of Owen and great uncle of Ava, dearly loved step-dad of Peter and dear friend of many. Loved and remembered always.

Family and friends please meet on Monday June 5th for service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11:00am. Please join the family afterwards in Hetton Big Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for COPD Foundation. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
