On 19th May 2023, passed away peacefully in the care of Barnsley hospital, of Chickenley, aged 48 years, Adam, dearly loved partner of Claire, much loved dad of Dannielle and Thomas and loving dad-dad (grandad) of Evie-May and Aurora-May. The funeral service at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of the Asthma & Lung UK. Mourning clothes not required, casual clothing is acceptable - Adam loved bright colours, especially purple.

RIP My brother from another mother still hasnt sunk in properly that you have gone but i have all the memories even back to when i was a little kid when you first met my sister claire 🥹 i will never forget you my brother slept tight and party hard up there i will see you on the other side one day brother xx

I miss you so very much Dad. I love you with all that I am! Doesn’t feel real that your not here with us giving us your sarcastic ways. Not a day will go by that I won’t miss you dearly. Everything that I am is down to you my greatest teacher. Everything I do will remind me everyday of you! Our memories of you will not be lived down!
