Frances Mary Fitzpatrick (15 Mar 1952 - 21 Apr 2023)

In loving memory of Frances Mary Fitzpatrick who sadly passed away on 21st April 2023.
Our lovely mum passed away peacefully after a long battle with breast cancer which unfortunately had spread to her bones and brain. To everyone who knew mum, she was kind, caring and would do anything for anyone. We were so fortunate to be blessed with such a strong and beautiful soul who battled hard and never complained. For those who didn't know, mum was a nurse for over 40 years, starting her career at the children's hospital looking after babies and later on looked after community patients and even worked for Marie curie. Her dedication to her family, patients and colleagues means she has left a great legacy and we will love and miss her dearly.
During her last week at home, mum, and us as a family were supported by Marie Ann Evans Hospice who provided outstanding care and held us up as a family in a time of great sorrow. To thank Marie Ann Evans for the work they do we are asking for family flowers only at her funeral but donations would be greatly appreciated so they can continue supporting end of life patients and their families. This would mean so much to mum.
