On 21st April 2023, suddenly at his home in Overton, aged 49 years, Jack, loving and much loved son of Michael and the late Margaret, dearly loved brother of Richard and brother in law of Liz, loving uncle of Stanley and Ernest and a beloved nephew and cousin.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 15th May 2023 at 2.45pm. Friends and family please gather at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in his memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of CATS (Childrens Acute Transport Service).
