You were an amazing brother with a sense of humour to match…and the samosas you used to make were incredible. I will miss you, but I’ll never forget you ❤️

I'm so sorry to hear the news of Peters passing. We had a lovely few years taking care of Peter at Lydgate Lodge. Thinking of you all, love to Jane and all the family at this sad time.

I thought it would be nice to share some memories of my Dad.
Every Tuesday he would make the family samosas from scratch for everyone. They were amazing.
He could cook something using all the ingredients he had in a cupboard without following a recipe. He would just put it all together and it would always taste amazing. He made the best curries.
He would always have the news on in the background and would never miss the lunchtime news.
He always used to say to the grandkids if they were being mischievous "I'll hang you upside down on the washing line". If they said " No you wouldn't", he'd go and get the pegs!
His favourite sweets were Coltsfoot and he was quite partial to a Toblerone or Terry's Chocolate Orange. Loved Jelly babies too!
He had such an amazing sense of humour. As everyone who knew him will know. Life and soul of the party. He was the best at playing board games especially 'Balderdash', where you had to make up your own definition for words. His were hilarious!

I miss you Dad ❤️
