Friedrich Sommer passed away peacefully on March 23rd, 2023 aged 90 years. Devoted husband, father and grandfather. He leaves one surviving brother in Finland and many nephews and nieces. We all miss him.

Funeral service at West Suffolk Crematorium, Abbey Chapel on Friday 21st April, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.

As this will be a celebration of his life, please wear smart casual, comfortable clothing of any colour.

Afterwards, please join us for afternoon tea in the Buttercup Room at the Memorial Cafe.

A man who, through his skills brought together a working party at St Stephen's Church who achieved much. His work is still there for all to see. His music was appreciated at services and social occasions.
