In loving memory of Jordan Connor Martin who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2015. Jordan fell ill on the August bank holiday weekend with Acute Myocarditis, he had been healthy for the last 11 years. Jordan contracted a viral infection and due to previous operations/scar tissue Jordan fought hard for over 3 weeks but in the end Jordans heart could not take the strain any longer.
Jordan has always been happy and ready to cheer up others, during the last years of his short life become a handsome, clever achiever. He was due to finish his Butchery apprenticeship, he had just started driving lessons (was due his theory test whilst on heart/lung support), he knew how to manage his money and always willing to lend to his brothers and friends if asked.
Jordan was a pet lover especially his 3 pet snakes and recently started playing drums and apparently doing very well, since Jordans passing the family have found out just how many lives have been affected by his huge smile, wit, enthusiasm, personality and general charisma. Jordans outlook on life is do it - what you want, when you want and in his short 18 years he tried that to the best of his ability
Jordan has left a huge hole in this world and in his family and friends lives that can never be filled.
Jordan we love you and miss you so much.
Mum, Dad, Ashley & Nathan + all family and friends

I'm so sorry to learn that you have lost Jordan. We met several times through HeartLine and I remember Jordan as a cute, cheeky and gorgeous little boy. It sounds like he grew to be a lovely young man. Sending you all love and strength. x

Jordan I knew you for 12 years before you left us and they was the best years I could of asked for. We had our ups and downs but we was brothers till the end.

This has been one of the hardest 3 months of my life not being able to talk to see you or even hear your voice.
I hope you are looking down on us and enjoying yourself up there knowing that we all loved you and can't wait till the day we get to be all back together terrorising everyone in the afterlife together I miss you bro x

Jordan
I held your hand
I pushed your chair
I kissed you goodnight
And I cut your hair

I shared your laughter
I shared your tears
I shared your pain
And I shared your fears

Now that your gone
I'll always hold your pain
You'll always be in my heart and in my thoughts
Until we meet again

Goodnight, sweet dreams. Xxxx
