Anne, a much loved sister, aunt and great aunt, died suddenly on December 30th 2022 in Southend Hospital. Her passing is a great loss to her family and friends. Anne of Glan Rhyd House, Llandewi Velfrey was the wife of the late Bernard Curtis. She was a nurse and social anthropologist who in later life was appointed the Royal College of Nursing Professor of Nursing Research at Cardiff University. A thanksgiving service for her life will be held at 2pm at St David’s Church, Llanddewi Velfrey, following a service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium attended by close family members in the morning.
