On 11th January 2023, in hospital, of Batley Carr, aged 75 years, Trevor, beloved husband of Kathleen and formerly of the late Anne, dearly loved dad of Tracy, Louise and Shane, a dear and loved step-father, father-in-law, grandad and great grandad.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 1.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of St Anne’s Alcohol Services.

Anyone that attends my dad funeral please don't wear all black outfit wear some colour in fact wear what ever clothes you want trainers jeans and jumper if you want from Shane Jackson
