In loving memory of Derek Simpson who sadly passed away on 19th December 2022.
Born 11th April 1936.
Married to Anne, father to David, John and Lorraine.
Son of Elizabeth and Harry. Brother to Doreen, Harry, Lilian, Betty and Sheila.
3 years service in the Royal Corp of Signals. Followed by many years working at Cotgrave Colliery before retiring in 1987.
Enjoyed a game of golf or two, member at Rushcliffe Golf Course for many years. Also enjoyed DIY, listening to Country and Western music, and spending time with his family.
