In loving memory of Donald Brookfield who sadly passed away on 18th December 2022, a much loved Dad, Grandad and friend too so many, who will forever be missed.
Our family will always take comfort in the wonderful memories, countless chuckles and everlasting warmth he provided us with over these precious years, none of which will ever be forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, we would be grateful for donations to either Sue Ryder, a charity that provides care and support for those living with terminal illnesses and who cared for Don's brother-in-law Eddie towards the end of his life or Moorfields Eye Charity, who cared for my Mum, Joyce.
