In loving memory of Geoffrey Laurence 'Geoff' Harding who sadly passed away on 17th December 2022, aged 67 years.

Former teacher at Feathery and Hollingbourne, Music, Tennis, Guitar and Watford fan. Father to Richard Harding and widow of Jane Harding

  • Wow he really enjoyed all the practical type things with teaching, science experiments, sports, field trips and dressing up etc. I recognise the teddy thanks for sharing your fond memory, your sincerely Richard (his only child)

With many fond memories of my time as a student at Hollingbourne Primary School, I recently decided to check in on one of my favourite teachers, Mr Harding. I was so sad read of his passing and my thoughts go out to his family. His influence on me growing up cannot be overstated and I cherish his encouragement in studies and sport. I am also indebted to Mr Harding for having mentioned to my father that I should consider taking up athletics. While I did not qualify for the Olympics, sport had a profound effect on my work ethic and confidence. So, a big thank you to Mr Harding, may you rest in peace. Love to his family.
