Phyllis Fosker, passed away on the 17th December, 2022 aged 94 years. Phyllis is reunited with her loving late husband Cecil. Devoted mum to Margaret, Helen, Julia and Roger. Much loved mum-in-law to Mac, Bill, Peter and Mandy. Sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Greatly missed by family and friends.
