DALTON, Hazel
On 29th September 2015 peacefully at Rosegarland, Hazel, aged 76 years of Bradford. Dearly loved wife of the late Chris, loving mum of Susan, Angie, Gary, Dean and Tony, a much loved grandma and the dear sister of Val and the late Gloria. The funeral service will be held at the private chapel of Joseph A. Hey & Son Ltd., 470 Great Horton Road, Bradford 7., on Thursday 8th October at 11.00am to be followed by cremation at Scholemoor crematorium. Family flowers only please but if desired donations would be appreciated if made to the Alzheimer's Society. There will be a plate at the service for this purpose. All enquiries to Joseph A.
