In loving memory of Brian Blake who sadly passed away on 2nd December 2022. The Blake family are asking for donations rather than flowers to The Lewy Body Society as Brian suffered with this rare form of dementia in his later years.
The funeral will be held at Eltham Crematorium at 3.30 on 22nd December.
