In loving memory of Brian John Smith who sadly passed away on Tuesday 29th November 2022, aged 87 years.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Patricia of 65 years, all his loving family, daughter Pauline, her husband Colin, son James and his wife Katherine, granddaughters Sarah, Eloise, Lillian and grandson Andrew, his wife Danielle and their daughter, Charlette and everyone who knew him.
The service will take place in the East Chapel at Medway Crematorium https://www.medway.gov.uk/info/200157/deaths/50/medway_crematorium
on Wednesday 21st December 2022 at 10:00 am.
Family flowers only requested please.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made in Brian's memory to "The Wisdom Hospice" on-line via this page or placed into the donation box that will be provided at the close of the service.
