In loving memory of Matt Subert who sadly passed away on 16th November 2022
I lived next door to Matt and the family for years growing up in Chester and I spent so many long and joy filled days and hours with them. I know I’m very late in finding out that he has passed, but I can’t express how sad I am about the news. A huge personality and I’m sure his passing left a big hole in lots of peoples lives, that I hope have been filled with happy memories in this time. RIP big man x

Matt used to joke to others that we were identical twins and that only our mother could tell us apart - more like Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger really... Matt was always up for a laugh and a lovely guy who will be sorely missed.
We were due to meet Matt for the first time for lunch on the morning of his passing, so never got to shake his hand for making our dear friend Faith so very happy. Precious times, no matter how brief, can never been taken away and should be celebrated, for the world is poorer without the special people who make them.
Although Andrew and I only met Matt for a weekend in August with Faith - we could see what a lovely chap he was - he made my friend a very happy girl 🥰 such a shame to lose him so tragically- we were looking forward to some fun times as a 4
Matt - the most beautiful man, inside and out who disliked cruelty to animals of any kind.
