In loving memory of Kathleen Patricia Smith who sadly passed away on 27th November 2022 after a relatively short battle with illness.
A much loved Wife of Alan and Mum to Carly and Paul, and beloved Gran to Freya.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday 15th December 2022, 11am at Poole Crematorium, and we will then celebrate her life with friends and family at Crane Valley Golf Club.
All are welcome to celebrate Kath's life and we kindly ask that you wear bright colours to remember her.
Donations are to benefit the Sandbanks Ward at Poole Hospital who looked after Kath so well.
