The death occurred at Withybush Hospital on Tuesday 8th November of Mrs Shirley Evans, aged 76 years, of Augustus Place, Tenby.
Beloved wife of the late Graham.
Dearly loved mum, nan and great nan.
The funeral service will take place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Wednesday 30th November at 11.30am. There will be family flowers only, with donations, if so desired for the Chemotherapy Day Unit, Withybush Hospital.
