Tom Holmes of Carleton in Craven, (Painter & Decorator) passed away peacefully on the 21st October aged 79 years, after a long illness. A very loving husband of Diane, much loved dad to Nicole (and Graham) Neil (and Debbie) and loving Grandad to Samuel and Isaac.
The family would like to thank the staff of Airedale Hospital and the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice nurses for their kindness and care.
