Jeff, beloved partner of Pat, much loved dad of Jeni and Jess, passed peacefully after a long illness on Tuesday 25th October 2022 at his home. Jeff will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 9th November, Swansea Crematorium.
Jeff was a proper seadog at heart and was also passionate about research for the illness which he fought and so many others are still fighting.
