The death occurred on Tuesday 18th October 2022 at Glangwili General Hospital of Mrs. Patricia Ann Blackwell aged 78 years of Tavernspite, Whitland.
Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 8th November at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11:30am.
There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu if desired to go direct to The Paul Sartori Foundation.
