In loving memory of Claire Christine Flower who sadly passed away on 26th September 2022. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
She was a kind, gentle soul who, in later life, faced considerable adversity. She adored her children, Douglas, Rebecca, Edward and Annabelle and was unerringly loyal to her husband Peter, accompanying him on sailing trips, even though she didn't always enjoy them, and keeping a wonderful home in Faversham. All who have expressed their condolences have mentioned Mum's kindness and her patient, generous and friendly nature. We are devastated by her sudden loss.
The funeral for Mum will take place on Tuesday 1 November at the Garden of England Crematorium in Bobbing, Sittingbourne, ME98GZ at 11.00am. The wake will take place at the Shepherd Neame Visitor Centre bar in Court Street, Faversham, ME13 7AX at 1.00pm (but you can arrive from 12.30).

Beatriz and I were very saddened to hear of Claire’s sudden death last month.
Our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time are with Claire’s immediate family, especially Douglas and his sister, Susanna and Issac(who we know intimately).
It is never easy loosing a wife, mother or grandmother, but the happy memories an individual has of that lost person help over time to heal the grief that an individual feels towards a much loved relation and spouse(our thoughts and prayers are especially with you Peter and your children at this time).
May Claire’s life now be fully celebrated tomorrow and may she now rest in peace with the love and blessings of all her family and friends who shared her life. God bless

There is no known cure at this moment in time. Research is ongoing and some results have been "promising".
