On 16th September 2022, whilst in the safe care of Moorlands Grange NH., of Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, aged 89 years, Hazel, beloved wife of the late Raymond, loving mum of Kevin, Geoffrey, Kaye and the late Lynette, very dear mother in law of Andrea, Dave, Sandra and Dan, much loved grandma of Wendy, Andrea, Mark, Michelle, Max and Gabriel, deeply loved great grandma of Jay, Amy, Adam, Archie and the late Kian.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 6th October 2022 at 12.30pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Hazel may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of Stroke Association.
