Knew Richard for over 60 years, through school, family and Scouting, reaching the highest award of Queen’s scout. Always willing to listen and lend a hand as demonstrated by his involvement in the local community and school. Deepest sympathy to Jan, Jane and family and those who’s life he touched. He will be sadly missed.
