Peacefully passed away on 14th August at Morriston Hospital, Frank.
Dearly loved husband of Joan,
cherished father of Carol, Andrew and Suzanne,
proud and much loved grandad of Kate, Olivia and Zachary and great grandad of Scarlett and Sienna.
Funeral Wednesday 31st August 11.30am service at Swansea Crematorium.
Please wear a splash of colour in memory of Frank.
Family flowers only Donations if so desired to the Cardiology Department, Morriston Hospital
