In loving memory of Susan Ann Jones who sadly passed away on 21st July 2022.
The heartbeat to our family has sadly passed away. She was the most amazing woman to us all! She is loved by many and is certainly a 1 off! She made her mark everywhere she went, with her amazing personality and the love she gave to us all.
She had a long 20 year battle with cancer and showed unbelievable strength, will and determination not to be beaten by this disease. Unfortunately it took its toll on her and now is in a place pain free.
We all love you and will continue to love you forever!
