On 10th July 2022, in hospital, of Batley Carr, aged 49 years, Jackie, beloved daughter of Brenda and the late Jeffrey, much loved mum of Emma, Ryan and Blake, cherished nana of John-Paul, Poppy and Oakley, dear mother in law of Scott and Sophie, also a dearly loved sister, sister-in-law and auntie.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 22nd July 2022 at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Leeds Hospitals Charity (Cancer Centre).
In memory of Jackie it is requested that family & friends attending the service wear a touch of her favourite colour purple.

Jackie you was an amazing woman who made a massive impact on everybodys lives and our lives will never be the same without you here with us even tho your gone you are always gunna be with us in our hearts and minds your memory will live on for a hell of a long time come theres only 1 big jax Rest in peace jackie this isnt goodbye its see you later 💔💔
