I haven't corresponded with my cousin John as much as my brothers and sister. Most of my knowledge of John came second hand through them. We were glad to meet with John when he visited us here in the states a few years back. He was really quite like us; similar wit, humor, and resemblance. He will be missed.

As a link to my British ancestry, I will greatly miss John. We didn't communicate often, but a Christmas card or comments on happenings in the USA or UK were always welcomed. And especially his witty humor or forwarded internet jokes were good for a laugh.
