To our dear and very special friend, Ray. We knew each other for well over 65 years and your passing was a big shock to us. Although we live in Vancouver, Canada now, we were able to visit England every year until COVID stopped our travelling. The last time we saw Ray was in October 2019 at the Cumberland Hotel on the West Cliff where we enjoyed a delicious lunch with him... little did we know at that time, this would be the last time we would see him.

We cared about you very deeply Ray and we thank you for all of those wonderful cards and messages which you sent to us for so many years. YOU never forgot our birthdays or anniversaries and your cards took "pride of place" on our mantelpiece at home here in Vancouver.

Your passing has left a huge void in our lives. May you rest in peace, dear Ray.

  • John and Eileen Robinson miss you very much, Ray. You and Hazel played a large part in our family's life over so many years and although we live in Vancouver, Canada now, we were able to see each other every year until Covid struck us all into isolation. Rest in Peace to our dear friend, Ray.
