In loving memory of Jack Barwick who sadly passed away on 11th June 2022.
Jack was born in Norwich and went to the CNS, then trained as an Art and Craft teacher at Loughborough. After national service he taught at the Henderson school in Norwich before working in Canada for eight years.
He taught at Great Yarmouth Technical High School on his return to this country, retiring in 1985.
He had a busy retirement as a Churchwarden and a Parish Councillor and remained active right up to the pandemic.
He was very proud of being the editor of the ‘Chet News’ for more than fifty years.
His daughters, Hilary and Belinda are proud of his record as a real pillar of the community.
