We have watched Andrew grow from the smiling, mischievous child we first met 40 years ago to a fine, hard working man and loving father. Our love and heartfelt sympathy to all his family.

We were neighbours for a few years and saw the family around and about. Pat and Steven are such lovely people and our hearts go out to them as to his children. We were shocked and saddened to hear of Andy's untimely death. Much love to all the family.

Andrew -- Affectionately known as 'Spud' in the Alsop family. An amazing friend to our son Jamie over many, many years and in teenage years Spud was an integral part of our family. Often turning up as dinner was served (even though he'd already eaten at home), always happy with a story to tell and a joke - that not everyone appreciated!
Andrew and Jamie maintained a strong friendship throughout all these years, had weddings, created families and met regularly, often in far flown parts of the world. Andrew recently honoured us by representing Jamie at Uncle Martin's funeral.
He looked extremely fit, dapper and a happy Chappy. So sad this life has ended so soon. Love to all the family Ruth and Michael
