Peacefully in hospital on May 15th aged 79 years, Brian. The devoted husband of Muriel. The much-loved dad of Paul, Sharon, Julie and father-in-law of Janet, David and the late Ian. The treasured grandad of Hayley, Emma, Craig, Bradley, Ellie and great-grandad of Olivia and Lucas. A dear brother, uncle and friend of many. Family and friends please meet on Friday May 27th for service in Durham Crematorium at 10:30am. All are welcome afterwards to The Mill for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu will be kindly accepted for charities to be determined by the family. A donation box will be available at the crematorium. Really sorry for your loss Muriel. Due to holiday commitments we are Very sorry we can't make Brian's funeral. Elaine's dad ( who used to work with Brian), sends his condolences also. Our thoughts will be with you all next Friday. Love Ian & Elaine x
