'Extraordinarily polite and quiet' was your first impression on meeting Claire...'very intelligent with a wicked sense of humour, delivered with a twinkle in the eyes' once you got to know her. A big loss, she'll be missed.

I only met Claire once but it was an absolute pleasure. Such a lovely, friendly,polite and kind lady. A shining light with so much to give, sadly taken far too soon.

Claire attended Archbishop Ilsley's Secondary School and used to stay late to complete merit certificates in her flawless calligraphy. I found this a while back. Its a perfect memory of her kindness.
