I chose a direct funeral for my mum. The service was great , efficient . I knew what was happening , when and how. The staff communication was good and I was told what date cremation was on so I could remember her that day. Very pleased I chose this company and would defiantly recommend them.

Mat was really helpful when I first called the company, explained a lot about the process.However, I think they need to improve their communication, when I called a was advised that as the death has been investigated by the coroner that we wouldn't need to have the Drs signature on cremation certificate. When we got the invoice ,on enquiring we were charged it because no autopsy then it applied.please make this clearer on your site. Secondly communication was poor, we had to call them to find out whether they had picked up the body and after around 2-3 weeks now we have to contact them to ask had the cremation. So I would suggest improving their communication with clients

From start to finish Matt has been helpful, patient and understanding. I left the bereavement team at the hospital in an uneasy daze and went straight to Jackson Family Funeral Directors. After walking in that first day I haven't had to worry about a thing. I cannot fault their service. Due to the nature of their service I hope not to need them too soon but I would not hesitate to seek their help again. I cannot thank them enough and hope this review goes a little way in doing so.

Amazing service, I'd been refused from multiple companies in my hometown of Sheffield but Matt Jackson and his colleagues were totally amazing I was at breaking point over what to do and Matt took care of everything I shouldn't have needed to use a company 100 miles away but so glad I did. I can never thank you enough.

Very courteous and friendly service. Always on hand but never intrusive. The arrangements they made were very thorough and relieved us of extra work and stress at a crucial and emotional time.

Matt from Jackson family was there to support me through what was a terrible time and still is. Matt answered all questions day and night the time didn’t matter he gave me time and help. All the stress was taken away as he told me what I had to do step by step and reminding of things to do over coming weeks. 
Matt was fantastic and I can’t thank him enough he took the time to ask questions so he knew about mike personally and got to know the family as well giving us that personal touch we all want at such a sad time in our lives. The servowas five star all the way and I couldn’t have asked for better care and they was fantastic at looking after mike for me . 
I simply can’t thank the Jackson family directors enough.

We could not of asked for a better funeral for our brother. Matt was brilliant at explaining everything and listening to our needs.
Everything on the day was carried out exactly as we asked and with such professionalism.
