From the first phone call the day after our Mother died to the interment of her ashes over 2 weeks later we had professional,friendly service.We developed a less informal relationship with Ian straightaway which we found far more relaxing and subsequently a lot easier for us as a family.We have used Hillier 3 times in the last 3 years.I think we would like a few years until we use them again! Would highly recommend.
