Becky and Chris are so kind and caring. They took care of everything so efficiently I didn’t have a thing to worry about. They made sure I knew everything that was going to happen at the service and looked after me and my family in such a kind way. I can’t thank them enough.

I would highly recommend the team at Mackness funeral care. They came highly recommended to us and my god did they deliver! We had the lovely Rebecca helping us with our late mum's funeral plans. Rebecca listened to what we wanted, offered us support and was there on the other end of the phone if we needed to have a chat. Hopefully, we won't need to arrange another funeral any time soon but if we do it will be Mackness funeral care.

Arranging the funeral for my younger sister (aged 70) was not something I had thought much about since we both intended to outlive our mother who lived to 90! It is many years since I had last arranged a funeral but Becky Grice-Jepson and Chris Newton at MacNess Funeralcare could not have been more kind and understanding with their help and advice. The funeral was conducted with dignity and respect and Becky’s kind comments to me afterwards were spoken from her heart – this was not “just another funeral” for her. I am grateful to them both for their efforts in helping me and my family through a sad and difficult time.

Jane prentice. Thank you to Rebecca and chris. From the minute my uncle passed away and was taken and cared for by Rebecca and chris, I felt totally at ease? I’ve never arranged a funeral before and felt overwhelmed at first, but they made me feel totally cared for and  gave it a very personal touch. Both professional and understanding all of the way to the funeral. Which again was absolutely beautiful I would highly recommend. And can’t thank them enough.
