Henry at Whites Funeralcare, Chichester was very friendly and helpful. He organised my father’s funeral and everything was explained carefully and questions answered in a gentle and kind manner.  It all went exactly as my father had requested. We were very pleased with Whites’ care.

I could not fault the whole team. The transfer of my mother in law 40 miles to Chichester from her care home was done without any problems and everything went perfectly thereafter.

I have nothing but praise for Henry, Ryan on the day and everyone involved. They made a difficult time straightforward

Whites were absolutely brilliant. So sympathetic to our needs, going above and beyond to make sure our requirements were met. The whole day went with barely a hitch. The whole process from initial phone call to day of funeral was fairly stress free completely understanding our sense of humour and accomaditing this fully.

The experience of arranging the funeral was very good. The funeral itself was excellent. The director and his staff very very good with myself and two daughters. The communication between times was deplorable. Two days before the funeral I had to phone for details of the webcast. My daughter e-mailed them because we hadn't been told the time the cars were coming to pick us up. We asked people not to send flowers but leave a donation for my late wife's favourite charities. A donation box was arranged at the first meeting. Unfortunately they didn't bring the box as arranged so no money was collected.

It’s absolutely  impossible to find a fault with the service and professionalism that I experienced while organising my late mothers funeral. Whites were my first choice for funeral Directors to take care of my mum and they did not disappoint. The service was lead in such a kind personal manner. My thanks don’t seem enough but Ryan and his team were brilliant for such a heartbreaking occasion.  
Cherrie our funeral organiser was on the ball with every little detail sorted and confirmed and I was reassured everything was in order. 
They literally took the worry out of organising a  funeral something I hadn’t ever done before on my own but with their guidance and  personal empathy along with the true professionalism  shown at every stage it made it so much easier to deal with such a hard situation.
