I can not thank and praise Steve and Alison highly enough, there were considerate, helpful, experienced and professional. Guiding us thoughtfully and sensitively through a very difficult time. Nothing I asked was too much or inconvenient for them.
The only reason I did not score top marks was that Company Policy dictated that a Credit Check be performed, I found this to be very distasteful and added another level of stress on top of an already stressful situation.

Alison was so supportive and compassionate. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me and my family when we lost mum Dad recently. She always said exactly the right thing and her words provided so much comfort in such a difficult time. I can’t imagined how hard things would have been had Alison not been there to guide and help us. She really is an incredible person. Thank you Alison for looking after Dad whilst he was in your care, I will be forever grateful.

What would have done without Ali and Steve? Although I have really good friends, I haven’t any family, so when I came in on my own, Ali said she would hold my hand until the funeral, and then Steve would take over, which he did.

Their attention to detail was immaculate, the music was perfect, and the flowers, which were stunning, are still alive. Ali was always checking to see if I was ok, and nothing was too much trouble. Also there was no hard sale with anything – Ali gave me the brochure to have a look at when I was home, and I have bought 2 scatter tubes and a cuddle stone.

The Rev Clive Ashley said just the right words, and made Mum come alive as the vibrant lady she was.
So many people said it was one of the most joyous funerals they had been to.
The day exceeded my expectations, which was down to Ali, Steve and Clive…they are such special people - my heartfelt thanks to you all.

I was well looked after and if it is at all possible at such a time, my step father’s cremation and the administration was made so much easier to deal with in the gentle hands of F A Hollands.

Could not fault the care and attention to detail all the staff gave my mother, myself and my family at this difficult time. The help that they gave me with all the preparations that had to be done, they were always quick to answer questions or give advice, either by phone or email. The casket was beautiful in willow with flowers, I'm sure my mother would have loved it. The driver's and staff of Limo and hearse where wonderful, really helped on a difficult day to make it as stress free as possible. Throughout the whole process I felt I was threated with dignity and respect as was my mother and felt that nothing was too much to ask for. I feel my mother had the best send off that she could thanks to these lovely people.

All my telephone contacts concerning the Direct Cremation of my partner were efficient, informative, and above all very kind and caring. Emailed documents were promptly supplied and receipt of payment acknowledged. The cost was more than reasonable.

Mr Jefferies is a credit to your organization. His attention to the smallest detail was second to none. He made my family very welcome, he was thoughtful, considerate and went through every aspect of my mothers funeral. As the days passed he kept in touch and made sure that we were happy with every small detail that he had arranged. The funeral itself, as I'm sure you would expect, went off very well.

I will repeat again Mr Jefferies is a credit to your organization.
