Jennifer Ashe Funeral Directors were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they showed nothing but kindness, compassion, and professionalism, making the entire process so much easier for our family.
On the day of the funeral, everything was handled flawlessly. The limousine drivers and all of the pallbearers were exceptional—they couldn't do enough for us and treated every member of our family with genuine care and respect. Their attention to detail and willingness to help meant so much.
A special thank you goes to Rachel and Jason, who went above and beyond to support us throughout. Their empathy, understanding, and dedication made an incredibly difficult day that little bit easier to bear, and we will always be grateful.
I cannot recommend Jennifer Ashe Funeral Directors highly enough. The level of care and service they provide is truly exceptional, and everyone involved should be incredibly proud of the comfort and dignity they bring to families when they need it most. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Rachel and Steve took good care of us throughout the arrangements for dad’s funeral and on the day itself. Jennifer Ashe took over as funeral director during an extremely stressful period for me and my family, the team immediately eased so much of the pressure and made me feel completely looked after. Rachel & Jimmys and the teams kindness, reassurance, and professionalism brought a sense of calm at a time when we needed it most.

The support given to both myself and my brother is something we will never forget. The team made an incredibly traumatic time feel manageable and consistently went above and beyond for us in so many ways.

Most importantly, you restored the dignity and care that I had felt had been lost for a short while elsewhere, and that meant more to us than words can truly express.

I couldn’t praise everyone at Jennifer Ashe highly enough. Rachel was wonderful and available to respond out of hours which was unbelievable. It really took the stress out of a difficult time. Everything was arranged in one place including the flowers and donations which could be made online via a tribute page. All the staff were very respectful and professional and Dad’s funeral went beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company.
